We are very happy with our brand new exterior doors and security/storm doors. The quality is great, but beyond that, the folks at Major Homes were very professional. Jason helped us directly and was very informative, fair, and honest. He gave us a much fairer price compared to Allure, whose prices were very unreasonable. Paul, who installed the doors, was very knowledgable and considerate of our home . They both answered questions via text and email quickly. We will definitely consider Major Homes for more projects in the future!

We moved into our home about 24 years ago and quickly realized that both our front and back doors were smaller than standard width. This caused a major headache whenever we purchased new appliances—at one point, we even had to remove the entire door frame, as well as the refrigerator door, just to get it inside. Back then, I promised myself that one day I would enlarge the front doorway and install proper doors. It may have taken 24 years, but I finally decided the time was right. Because this was more than a simple door replacement, I needed a full construction company, not just a door installer. After reading countless positive Google reviews, I found Major Homes. From my very first meeting with their salesperson, I felt confident. Everything was open, honest, and clearly explained. I hired them on the spot. The project was just completed this week. Major Homes enlarged our doorway, installed two new doors (a front door and a security door), and added a new awning. The entire job was completed in just three days, and I could not be happier. The workmanship was excellent, and Paul, especially, took real pride in his work. I highly recommend Major Homes to anyone in need of construction work. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that truly delivers on quality, professionalism, and care—but this one does. I will absolutely be calling them for any future projects. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them.

From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. The siding looks absolutely fantastic! The installation was flawless, with perfect alignment and attention to detail. The materials used were top-notch, and the finished product has completely transformed the look of my home. It’s not only beautiful but also feels durable and well-constructed. The crew was punctual, respectful, and hardworking. They kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Major Homes for anyone looking for siding installation. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Major Homes, a certified installer for ProVia Doors—hands down the most impressive door manufacturer when it comes to design and security features. From start to finish, Major Homes exceeded my expectations. Their representatives and installers were professional, efficient, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, offering thoughtful solutions and recommendations tailored to my needs. Unlike other contractors who tack on outrageous markups, Major Homes provided a fair and transparent quote, along with flexible financing options. What truly stood out was their follow-up after installation—they made sure everything was perfect and encouraged me to reach out anytime with questions or concerns. That level of care and commitment is rare. With such a positive experience, I can confidently say that Major Homes is now my go-to contractor for future projects, including new windows and beyond. If you're looking for quality work and peace of mind, look no further!

If you are looking for quality windows at a reasonable price, then look no further. MAJOR HOMES to the rescue! I have been researching windows for a few years. I have reviewed several big box stores; as well as obtained solicited in-home estimates from various window companies, but to no avail. All of the well known retailers quoted me some of the most ridiculous prices imageable, sometimes enough to pay for a child's college education. After researching windows on the internet, Jeff Ludy,(Jeff's List Dealer) recommended a fourth generation home improvement family business MAJOR HOMES. My husband and I met with Jason from MAJOR HOMES. My house had well over fifty-one (51) windows, that were over thirty-five years old and in desperate need of replacement. I never thought replacing all of my windows was ever going to be possible , until I contacted MAJOR HOMES. Jason sat down with us, and came up with an efficient window layout. He was able to reduce the amount of our windows from 51 to 31, saving money and providing additional lighting; as a result. Jason gave us such an amazing offer we simply could not refuse. Our windows were delivered and installed by an incredible crew in just 2-3 days. All thru the process from beginning to end, Jason was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had. MAJOR HOMES also offered affordable financing; making the process effortlessly. I have NEVER dealt with anyone more professional than Jason and his team at MAJOR HOMES. It was such an Honor and a pleasure to work with such an amazing team.

I’m a long-time customer of Major Homes. Mitch and company has done outstanding work for me, my friends and my family for over twenty years. Major Homes in the past has replaced my roof, done my siding and replaced windows when we owned a house in Oceanside. A close friend who is an architect has marveled at the attention to detail and quality of Major Home’s workmanship. We just this week had an entire gut renovation of our condo bathroom in Long Beach. Once again, the workman were prompt, reliable, very neat and produced a fantastic new bathroom. I can’t praise Major Homes enough in terms of their responsiveness and extraordinary workmanship.
